Experience love in the air this Valentine’s Day at Bluewaters Island’s glamorous brasserie and bar, The Spaniel. The Spaniel has curated an ambience that echoes the theme “Love Is In The Air”, transforming the space into an intimate haven for couples to bask in the essence of romance. Its fabulous dinner menu is a fanciful rendition of worldly classics served in gourmet style. Priced at Dh375, the menu is also available in vegetarian version, catering to the diverse tastes of diners.The exclusive Valentine’s Day menus are the brainchild of the former Gordon Ramsay Head Chef, Will Stanyer, offering unique creations that embody the concept of love and will leave diners satiated.
On arrival, guests are treated to A Glass of Bubbles to toast on this momentous occasion. The menu features fresh Dibba Bay Oysters served with Oscietra Caviar and Champagne followed by the luxurious Foie Gras Parfait. Truffle Pasta is another palatal delight that will enlighten the taste buds with subtle notes of Truffle Butter and aged Parmesan. A succulent serving of Black Angus Prime Chateaubriandis the showstopper – a hearty main course for guests to feast on. The Spaniel’s take on classic ‘Vienetta’isa delicious ice-cream cakecomposed oftangy strawberries, aromatic Madagascan vanilla, and nutty pistachio – the perfect conclusion to a sweet date night.
The vegetarian menu is a series of equally delicious dishes developed to leave guests craving for more. Following A Glass of Bubbles,diners are servedCeleriac & Apple Tartlet complemented by Pickled Mushroom and Truffle. A Goats Cheese Parfait features rich goat cheese with Pear Compote, Beetroot Jelly, and Toasted Multi Seed. The menu also offers Strozzapreti Truffle Pasta with Truffle Butter and aged Parmesan. The savoury Shallot Tart Tatin is a recreation of the classic sweet tarte tatin served with Cauliflower Puree, Asparagus, and Hazelnuts. The five course meal ends with a generous helping of The Spaniel’s version of the classic ‘Vienetta’.
